Package Assistance Instructions
Seafarers’ Ministry of the Golden Gate (SMGG) is pleased to assist seafarers with Package Assistance on a very limited basis.
1 - Please check with SMGG at least 3 days before you order to make sure that we will have volunteers available to receive and deliver your packages. We have a very small number of staff and volunteers, and we cannot guarantee that someone will be available to receive your packages or deliver them to you.
2 - Order the items directly from your vendor and have them delivered to the Maritime Center.

4 – We will notify you when your package arrives and schedule a time for you to pick up your package from the center. We do not deliver packages to the ships. You must pick up your packages at the Center during the following hours:
8 am – 3 pm Monday through Friday
9 am – 3 pm Saturday
CLOSED SUNDAY
Our center is located within the Port of Oakland, Berth 40, a short distance from the ship berths.
